In this hands-on workshop, we will work through a project from initiation through closure, demonstrating how to plan, implement, track and accurately report your project status in terms of both schedule and resources using this extremely powerful tool. You must have a laptop loaded with MS Project (any version) in class.
Schedule: 9:00am to 5:00pm EDT; lunch break from 12:30pm to 1:30pm.
